Considered a seminal album from Hip Hop veteran Skinnyman, title track 'Council Estate Of Mind' was originally the closing credits for Hall's debut feature 'The Plague' which features Skinnyman as a pirate radio host. Clips from the film appear in the music video directed by Greg Hall, edited by DJ Flip with additional editing from Paco Sweetman. The music video screened heavily across channels and platforms internationally. It was also included on the DVD extras of 'Kidulthood' (2005).
